My Words to the Alumni Community.
It’s completely okay to feel a bit distant from alumni from other batches, especially when you haven’t met them in person. But here’s the magic: when you reach out and strike up a conversation, you’ll find how willing everyone is to help, guide, and share their experiences. Networking within the alumni community isn’t just about seeking help—it’s about contributing as well. Even a casual chat can create value for both sides. By learning from the experiences of others, you can gain insights and accelerate your journey toward your goals. So, don’t hesitate—stay connected, reach out, and experience the strength of our alumni network.
1. Favorite Hangout Spots at JNV:
The playground holds a special place in my heart—playing cricket and volleyball, and of course, those endless and hilarious fights over silly things! I still smile when I think about the dramas between Section A and Section B.
Other cherished memories include participating in national-level competitions like Youth Parliament and Project Citizen. Visiting Delhi and receiving the Outstanding Achievement Award while touring Parliament in person was a moment of immense pride and joy.
2. Something About My Batchmates:
Many of us are currently navigating life’s big transitions—whether it's getting married, moving to new cities, or embarking on new careers. While this has created a slight disconnect compared to earlier years, one thing remains constant: our bond as Navodayans. Whenever someone is in need, we naturally come together, showcasing the true essence of our community.
