Our policy
We are committed to transparency and accountability, so we want donors and supporters to know that we do not have a refund policy. This ensures every donation we receive is used effectively and efficiently to fulfil our mission and objectives.
When you donate to the Association, you contribute directly to initiatives for the educational development, welfare and empowerment of JNV alumni and students. Your generosity lets us run programmes, projects and activities that make a real difference to the people and communities connected with JNVs.
Why we can't refund
We understand that a donor may sometimes wish to request a refund. However, because of the nature of our operations and because funds are allocated immediately to ongoing projects and initiatives, we are unable to refund donations made to the Association by any means.
How we use your gift
Every donation we receive is used responsibly and in line with our organisational objectives. We keep strict financial controls and follow ethical practices to look after donor funds properly. Your trust and support mean everything to us, and we remain committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability in all our work.
